SO HECTIC!!!!!

Things have been really, really crazy lately.  I don’t think I’ve ever been this busy in my life.  I’ve been working 7 days a weeks (3 at paid job, 4 at internship), trying to finish my law school apps, and trying to not fail at this writer thing I’m working on.  I also tried to go to the gym this morning.  That did not happen.  You know what else has not been happening?  Sleeping.  Not much of that going on around here at all.

Oddly enough I’m very content though.  Borderline blissful even, despite the major application fail that’s been going on.  Who’s not going to get her law school apps in on time?  This girl, that’s who.  Normally I’d be in clinically insane mode right now, but I’m not because I’m literally too (blissfully) exhausted to be.  Hopefully I’m not setting myself up for a huge crash though.

Even with everything that’s been going on, I still managed to visit the Madison Ave. Issey Miyake pop-up shop before they closed this week.  How could I not.  There were some really awesome bags that I couldn’t get pics of, but I did snap these.  Secretly.  In the fitting room, of course.

This cardigan had the coolest collar.  It was both pleated and draped.  I spent way too long in the fitting room draping it in different ways.

This was a total gem.  Gorgeous detailing.  Loved the color blocking and it’s made entirely of stretchy pleats.  You can wear it buttoned in front or open.  You can also wear it as a…….

HOT AIR BALLOON!  Yes, the dress, when laid flat, is in the shape of a hot air balloon.  The sales associate pointed it out to me and I knew I had to try it on.  I have been to the den of genius and I wore his hot air balloon dress.

Now I am off to do that sleeping thing that I haven’t done in all too long.
