A Trip to the City
The saga with the police report continues. I went and picked one up, but it turned out to be the wrong one, which I found out after they were already closed. Did I mention that they close at 12 on Fridays? They’re open from 8:30-12 on Fridays. Their entire workday on Fridays is shorter than half of my regular work shift. Anyway hopefully I can get the right one tomorrow.
On Tuesday I will be going into the city for some interviews. It’s completely nerve-wracking. I have the feeling Tuesday will end in tears, but I’m hoping that’s just the pessimist in me. At least I’ll be in the city where I could potentially run into the cupcake truck.

Or I could also go to S’mac and get different mac and cheeses. Like these
The mac and cheeses were delicious though the place was really small and got packed quickly.
I also could go get mini cupcakes at Melissa’s stand.
Delicious and cute! Love all the different flavors, but definitely liked mint the most.
In the city I could also go buy a bear hat.

I could do all of that stuff, but then my day would be exactly like the last trip I took to the city and that’d be weird. Guess I’ll have to find some other stuff to do post-interviews. And you’ll get to hear me wax romantic about it all over again. Unless, you know, the ending in tears part comes true….
