Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor
Over the weekend we had our first decent snowfall of the season.

Here’s the view of it from my backyard. I should start a series of shots all of my backyard. The view changes constantly because Jersey is awesome like that. I can’t wait to see what it looks like when real snow hits. There’s something so stunning about pristine, white snow.
Since the weather has actually been pretty chilly lately I’ve been layering on sweatshirts and sweaters everywhere. This is one of my favorites.

It’s a Cheap Monday sweater that I think is menswear, but I loved how comfy it was so I bought it during a sale at Choose Chinatown while I was in Los Angeles.

The hood is gigantic and the collar allows for all sorts of adjustments. Makes it easy to fit a scarf underneath. When the sweater’s not buttoned the sides drape in a rather pretty fashion. Wish I had a pic. Well I do have a pic, but there’s something weird going on in it with my hair. Yeah, so anyway, I’m sure another pic will end up here someday.
Tonight I leave you with this:

Ziad Ghanem A/W 2007. The thought “I need a dinosaur corset” has never crossed my mind before, but…um…I really do need a dinosaur corset.
